Joining the company in 1989, Sue has been integral in the growth of SMC. She helped develop the accounting department and compliance methods. This was accomplished while she worked her way through college, earning her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Accounting from Old Dominion University. Sue became an expert in the complex requirements associated with tax laws, state licensing, and construction issues. She applies her discipline for budgets and planning to her leadership in RRAM Services, where she is responsible for eleven employees and over 3,000 projects each year. Under her leadership, RRAM is growing their client base while maintaining an impeccable level of service in remodels and repairs .

In her free time, Sue enjoys hiking the Havasupai trail in Arizona and exploring local trails.

As a 15 years veteran in the Facilities Management industry, Derek is an energetic professional who brings his vision for win-win solutions in all customer and vendor partnerships.  During his career he’s held different positions as both the client and vendor, which attributes to his thorough understanding of our client’s individual set of needs.  Derek’s primary focus is to build awareness about RRAM Services’ unique capabilities among prospective clients, and develop and maintain relationships with current and past clients.  He received his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Marketing from Northern Arizona University.

As an avid Motocross and Supercross enthusiast, Derek attends or watches as many races as possible.  He spends his free time hiking and mountain biking in the Sedona area, and pursuing a healthy lifestyle.  He also enjoys spending time with his family, close friends and his black Labrador Retriever, Shadow.

Adam is a professional with over 14 years of experience in maintenance facilitation and 20 years in crew management.  He likes to build strong and honest relationships with his clients while providing professional and timely service.  He understands the importance of maintaining a service that his clients can trust.  He has received a Bachelor’s Degree in Parks Management from Northern Arizona University.

Adam spends his free time away from the office with his family as well as restoring classic cars, hiking and travel.  He also loves anything science related.

Eric has been in the commercial construction industry for over three decades.  He has worked in sales and marketing, project development, project management and estimating.  While owning his own successful businesses for most of this timeframe he has developed a keen understanding for all aspects of the construction process.  In addition Eric held many management positions for a national commercial construction company.  He spent two years in a college architectural program before graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree from the State University of New York at Cortland.  His experience and lifelong education, partnered with his desire to help his clients with the many facets of construction, creates a beneficial relationship with RRAM’s clients.

Eric enjoys life through his many activities outside of the office.  He has been a certified ski instructor for over four decades and proclaims this to be his biggest passion.  Warm weather hobbies such as motorcycle touring, golf and hiking with family and friends fill the summer months.

Heather brings over 25 years’ experience in the facilities & property maintenance industry, including owning & operating two glass companies, and has been with RRAM Services for 15 years as Project Manager.  If you have spoken or worked with Heather, you know that she excels in detail & communication with clients, customers & vendors alike.  Heather specializes in high end clients & fixture manufacturers, managing their everyday service, maintenance, nationwide roll outs, fixture repairs & challenging projects.  Some of her signature clients include Ben Bridge & Pandora, Dunbar Armored, Grand + Benedicts, Herrick & White, IDX, Theory & Helmut Lang, Tory Burch, Wood Technologies, as well as being a part of the Tesla Motors team handling primarily service work on the East coast.

When Heather is not working, she enjoys going for motorcycle rides with her husband of 30 years & her 26 year old son, tending to their 20 chickens & 3 dogs & her annual sister’s week in Las Vegas every year.

Karen brings the advantage of over 17 years’ of construction experience, with 5 of those years directly with RRAM Services.  With over 30 years of experience in the customer service field, Karen and possesses a strong talent for process organization and structure. Karen’s signature client is Charles Schwab & Co.

Karen has tirelessly volunteered as Library Advisory Commissioner for the Town of Camp Verde, as President of “Building” for a Better Tomorrow”, a Phoenix non-profit corporation, and most recently on  the Citizens Committee for the Camp Verde Library, fundraising almost $500,000 for construction of a new library.  She spends her free time managing her modest wine grape vineyard and handcrafting signature wines.  Karen is affectionately called the Cat Lady, having capturing over 20 feral cats, taking them for sterilization and then finding them new homes.
